Spending Money PLEASE NOTE that the Indianapolis Convention Center (including the food court) and many of the downtown hotels are cashless. Students should not need to purchase from these venues, BUT should they want to buy a coffee or snack, this would require a card or digital payment. Cash-To-Card Kiosks are available at the Convention Center. Cash or credit should be brought for snacks and lunch on the way down and back. The LIFE Merch Story will accept: cash, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, and credit cards. Please note that they will not be able to accept Visa gift cards that require swiping, as they won't work with their system. |

Do Not Bring
Tobacco or nicotine products, alcohol, drugs, fireworks, firearms, knives, expensive clothers/shoes or other valuable items.
- 1 small bag (think airplane carry-on size)
- 6-7 changes of clothes
- Appropriate clothing to be outside/inside
- Pajamas
- Laundry bag for dirty clothes
- Tennis shoes/sturdy shoes (we're going to be walking...A LOT)
- Toiletries (soap, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste, deodorant, etc)
- Waterbottle
- Bible, Journey, Pen
- Drawstring backpack (to make carrying your bible/notebook easier)
- Prescription medications
- $ for snacks/lunch on the way down/back

What is LIFE Conference?
LIFE Conference is a week-long gathering of thousands of next generation Alliance youth with a focus on Jesus Christ through worship, scripture, service, and community.
Who can attend LIFE Conference?
LIFE Conference is for high school students—anyone who is age 13 on July 4, 2025 or completed 8th grade and no older than 19 or just graduated from high school as of July 2025. Each group is also required to bring one adult chaperone for every seven students.

How much does it cost?
Our estimated total cost is $837.00. This includes the CONFERENCE, TRANSPORTATION, ACCOMODATIONS, and BREAKFAST. FUNDRAISERS will be conducted to help offset the majority of the cost for each student who attends.
A initial DEPOSIT of $150 is due by January 15th.
A 2nd DEPOSIT of $150 is due by February 15th.
