PAC Kids Ministry
Teaching or helping on Wednesday nights or Sunday mornings. There are lots of varying positions and commitment levels. Complete an interest form HERE. Anchored Youth Come alongside and invest in teenager’s lives on Wednesday nights. School Partnership Volunteer—Outreach There are several different types of service opportunities; work with students one on one, in groups, or do behind-the-scenes work. We seek to create opportunities for speaking the gospel. Small group leaders Facilitate a community environment of transformation for group members. Guest Spotter
Join us in spotting out new guests, taking care of them, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. Interested? KIDSCo child care Teach, care, and play with children newborn to five years old during MOMCo, which meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month September through May at Plymouth Alliance. Monthly Service Opportunities |
Welcome Table Greeter
Man the info table and welcome new guests, answer their questions, and make them feel welcome. Greeter Stand at the door and shake the hands of each person who walks in the doors of Plymouth Alliance. The first point of contact for every guest! Ushers Ushers help guide the worship service each Sunday. From handing out bulletins to each person walking in the sanctuary, to helping people find seats, and receiving the offering, ushers help the service to flow well. Brew Crew Play a role in creating a welcoming atmosphere by brewing coffee on a Sunday morning for worship services. Interested? Sound and Projection Team If you have any computer skills or a history with sound equipment, why not use it at Plymouth Alliance? Training is provided for these teams. Interested? Missions Team Promote international missions at Plymouth Alliance Church. Coordinate the monthly missions moment in Sunday services, communicate with our international workers, and plan missions weekends throughout the year. Safety Team Provide safety during the worship services on Sunday and at Wednesday Family Night. Regular training is provided to deal with various situations and emergencies. Worship Team Enjoy singing or playing an instrument and have an ability to lead others in worship? The worship team has Saturday rehearsals and plays for both services on Sunday mornings. Periodic Service Opportunities |
Social Committee
This group coordinates meals and food for various church functions and helps keep the kitchen in working order. Interested? Deaconesses Deaconesses are responsible for the set-up and take-down for communion, coordinate meals for families with new babies or hospitalization, and prepare Mother’s Day gifts. Mustard Seed Community Gardens During the summer we need help filling the water barrels for gardeners. Plots are also available for us. Trustee/Landscaping Trustees are responsible for the church property. Tasks like maintenance, repair, and replacement, along with locking up after church services, and helping to keep the building functioning well. Office Assistance Assist the office with copying, stapling, filling chair pockets, and other projects that come up. Moving Ministry—Outreach Plymouth Alliance partners with Love INC to assist Sheboygan county residents move from place to place. The moving team also prays with each unit they assist.
