Meet our Staff
Pete Lillestolen Lead Pastor p[email protected] Pete and Lyn married in August of 1994 and graduated from Crown College together in the spring of 1995. Pete graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Youth Ministry and Bible as well as a minor in Counseling. Pete worked passionately in youth ministry for 12 years and has been in a senior pastorate roll since 2006.
Pete and Lyn's greatest joys are their three daughters, McKell, Mabree, and Meeghan who have either graduated from or are currently engaged in pursuing degrees from Crown College.
Aside from seeking out every opportunity to be with his girls, Pete engages in as many sports as he can find the time for and Lyn either engages with him or enjoys cheering him on. Not implying that they are “good” at any of these but they both enjoy the outdoors, fishing, hunting, walking, biking, water sports, snow sports, as well as puzzles, games, grilling, cooking, and relaxing motorcycle rides!
Anders Ames Associate Pastor for Student Ministries [email protected]
Anders was born and raised in Grantsburg, Wisconsin, and graduated from Crown College in 2019 with a double major in Youth and Family Ministries and Christian Studies.
He met his wife Bella while they were both working at Big Sandy Camp in 2016, and they got married a month after his graduation. They are both passionate about equipping our teenagers to live for Jesus.
Anders' passion is to see youth love Jesus and live a life that honors HIM. He plans to be a Youth Pastor until he's 65, then retire and hang with his grandkids. If you need an education the language of youth, he's your go to translator!
Anders enjoys hunting, fishing, hiking, playing and watching sports, board games, card games and music.
Anders has been a Packers fan his whole life, and is excited to be close enough to Green Bay to be able to go up to Lambeau for a game every once in a while.
Tim Neargarth Discipleship Pastor [email protected] Tim was born in West Allis, Wisconsin but grew up on the border between northern Wisconsin and the U.P. of Michigan. He attended college at the University of Wisconsin - Stevens Point and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Forest Management. It was in Stevens Point where he met his wife Darla. In 2000, they moved to Plymouth and quickly became active in the PAC.
In 2022, Tim completed his Master of Arts degree in Christian Studies through Crown College and transitioned from the position of Pastoral Assistant to Discipleship Pastor at PAC. It is Tim's desire to see others develop their relationship with Christ and come to know the depth to which each follower of Christ is loved.
Tim enjoys woodworking and building (or generally anything that involves power tools), drama, music, muscle cars, the outdoors, and anything containing chocolate or cherries.
While Tim is a solid Packers fan, he admits that he pales in comparison to the zeal of his wife.
Mabree was born in Lincoln, NE, but raised in Boone, IA, Underwood, IA, and Mequon, WI. Mabree went to Crown College in MN and graduated with her degree in Elementary Education in 2020 (woohoo, COVID graduation!). Mabree also met her husband Nathan Johnson at Crown and got married in 2020 (woohoo, COVID wedding!).
Mabree was an elementary substitute teacher, later becoming a preschool teacher in Watertown, MN for 2 years. She also spent one year as an admissions counselor at Crown College before moving here to Plymouth, WI to serve as the Children’s Ministry Director at Plymouth Alliance Church!
Mabree has a joy for children’s ministry and enjoys planning and prepping for our many PAC Kids programs and activities. “Start children off on the way they should go, and even when they are old they will not turn from it”, is her motivation for children’s ministry (Proverbs 22:6, NIV).
In her free time, Mabree enjoys organizing and cleaning (not joking), going on little adventures/trying new things with Nathan, and talking to anyone close enough to listen. She also loves to draw and will play any game very competitively.
While Mabree doesn’t really care about sports, she is required by her husband to state that she is a Vikings fan. Sorry.
Lyn was born in Aitkin, MN. She was born and raised in an Alliance pastor’s home living in Minnesota, North Carolina, and Wisconsin. After High School, she attended Crown College in St. Bonifacius, MN where she met her husband Pete Lillestolen. They were married in August of 1994, graduating together in 1995. Lyn graduated with a Bachelors in Elementary Education, a Christian Education Minor with a Youth emphasis and a Coaching License.
Through her 28 years of ministry, Lyn has worked outside of the churches they ministered in teaching in schools, office administration, insurance and bookkeeping. She has also served within the church as office administrator, Children’s Director, Worship Leader, and of course 15 years of Youth Ministry assisting her husband as well as other youth pastors. Lyn’s passion in ministry is seeing God work in the lives of those serving Him as well as those seeking Him.
Lyn loves traveling, camping, hiking, cleaning/organizing, working around her yard and whatever her family finds to do together.
Jeannie was born and grew up in Chicago, IL. She is a graduate of New Tribes Bible School in Waukesha, WI and of Bryan College in Dayton, TN with a Psychology degree.
Jeannie married Jeff Strandholm, they live in Plymouth and have 2 adult children. Kelly lives in Dubuque, IA and is working full-time as a computer programmer. Dan lives in Plymouth and is an electrical apprentice.
Jeannie loves to travel and see different places and experience different types of cuisine. She and Jeff often have people over to their house. She enjoys going on walks, planning parties, getting to know people, and helping at church.
At PAC she is the Administrative Assistant. She volunteers in children's ministries, but especially likes working with teens. She enjoys laughing and interacting with people.
As far as the Packers are concerned, she would rather watch Blackhawks Hockey!
Gretchen Andrews was born in Plymouth, Wisconsin and raised in the community. She attended Trinity International University in Deerfield, Illinois where she earned a Bachelor's in Christian Ministries - Youth Ministry and Biblical Studies.
Post college she met her husband Curt Andrews, also born and raised in the community. They reside on a crop farm near Waldo and are raising three boys: William, Winston and Wallace.
At PAC, Gretchen works hard to help communicate the many happenings of the church through the weekly eNewsletter, bulletin and projected slides you see on Sunday morning. She is creative and really enjoys the graphic design aspects of her role.
Gretchen enjoys being outdoors with her family as they work together on many farm and home projects and gardening. They also together enjoy soccer, four-wheel/dirt-bike/snowmobile riding, and many weekends at Road America. When she has time to herself, she keeps busy cleaning, exercising and sewing.
And the Packers, "Well who has time for all that?" but if there is time, she'll sit down and cheer like the rest.
Glenn Lyon Custodian
Glenn was born and raised in various locations throughout Wisconsin. Growing up on a farm, Glenn learned the meaning of hard work and has been doing just that all his life. He has worked at various factories and done side jobs throughout his working life. Glenn has been the Custodian at PAC for over 25 years. He is routine, efficient and always willing to take care of things that aren't even his responsibility. We are so blessed to have such a dedicated worker.
You're likely to meet Glenn when you enter PAC on a Sunday morning, greeting you with a smile and strong handshake. When Glenn's not working at PAC or his other side jobs, he enjoys yardwork, creative projects, observing the wildlife and spending time with family and friends.
